Bio

Healing, to me, is an act of devotion—to your truth, your becoming, and the quiet beauty that already lives within you. I hold therapy as a sacred meeting: one human presence sitting with another, in patience and care, honoring both what has been endured and what longs to be seen and heard. I believe your suffering carries meaning—not because it defines you, but because, when met with tenderness and curiosity, it can gently guide us toward understanding and relief. In our work together, nothing about you is too complicated, too much, or too late. I will sit with you in the stillness and in the chaos, honoring the courage it takes to arrive, and help you rediscover the parts of yourself that know how to breathe again, love again, and imagine a life that feels more like home.

I believe healing begins not with urgency, but with listening. With slowing down long enough to notice what your emotions, patterns, and reactions have been trying to communicate. Before meaningful change can take root, we learn to understand—ourselves, our nervous systems, and the stories our bodies have been carrying in silence. I offer therapy as a place where nothing needs to be forced or rushed, where emotions are not problems to solve but signals to be understood, and where every feeling is met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, supported by CBT, DBT, and holistic practices that honor both science and soul. I work intentionally and at your pace, prioritizing safety, preparation, and skill-building before moving into deeper processing. Therapy with me is collaborative and steady—designed to help your nervous system feel supported while creating meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.

Together, we will create a space where your experiences are seen, your feelings are honored, and your growth is nurtured at your pace.

My client care coordination team will walk alongside you through each step of the intake process, and I will closely monitor your intake and be closely attuned to your journey.
