Hello, I am glad you are here and are exploring the opportunity to prioritize yourself by considering therapy. Though this process can seem difficult or even uncertain at times, I would love nothing more than to support you through this process – whether you are new to therapy or continuing your journey.
I provide an approach in therapy that is collaborative, person-centered, transparent, strength-based, and judgment free. All clients should feel allowed to bring their most authentic selves to each of their sessions and know that they can expect the same in me, as a practitioner. We will work collectively as a team to develop goals and objectives that align with who you are and what you would like to gift to yourself.
I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress-related difficulties, adjustment reactions, communication issues, relationship concerns, family conflict, trauma, life transitions, and self esteem issues. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, adolescents/teens (16+), and adults.
In my free time, I enjoy being outside, reading good books, and spending time with my family and friends.
