Bio
Hi, I’m Jillian, a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel accessible, genuine, and meaningful. While the work isn’t always easy, you won’t have to do it alone—I’ll show up with you through the laughs, the tears, and everything in between. Many of my clients come in feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in difficult patterns that leave both mind and body exhausted. Whether you’re healing from past experiences, navigating life stressors, or working toward personal growth, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University in 2014 and am licensed in MN, MT, MA, and WI, offering telehealth in those states. I take an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from cognitive, narrative, and somatic therapies to meet your unique needs.
I value social justice, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and global and local community care. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, dogs, traveling, and getting lost in a good book.
