Hello! I’m Jen Arland MA, LADC. A mental health practitioner, and LPCC candidate. My dual focus in addiction and co-occurring disorders prepares me to work with a variety of clients. I have a personal interest and experience with ADHD, addiction, and anxiety. I believe in focusing on the strengths of an individual and the meaning they create in their own life, while guiding them to succeed in their goals. I don’t believe there is only one way to healing and I’m excited to help clients find the way that works best for them. I was a college professor prior to a career in counseling and enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I enjoy reading, running, traveling, fancy food and yoga.
