Esther Davis MA, LAMFT is Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping couples, families and individuals have healthier growing relationships. She helps individuals gain a better understanding of the challenges they face and how to overcome them.
Her treatments and methodologies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution focused, and Experiential Family Therapy. Esther is familiar with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Immanuel prayer interventions to treat some trauma and relational wounds.
Esther enjoys helping clients with issues such as:
- Depression and anxiety
- Social anxiety
- Marital conflict and communication issues
- Childhood wounds and experiences
- Spiritual and church wounds
- ADHD
- Family conflict
- Parent-child relationship challenges
Esther graduated from Bethel University with a M.A. degree in Marriage in Family Therapy in 2019. Since then she has been working in private practice as a therapist attaining licensure. She is working to obtain state licensure and hopes to achieve this goal in 2026. Esther received specialized training in family therapy through a Family Therapy Specialists co-hort 3 years in a row led by seasoned therapist Mark Anderson MA, LP, LMFT.
Esther enjoys homeschooling, singing, and going out for breakfast.
