I am a dedicated provider with a desire to assist adults in their recovery journey and help guide them to discover comfort in being their authentic sense of self.
I have worked as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) since 2015 and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a focus on Complex and Childhood Trauma. I also have experience working with adults directly out of the criminal justice system.
I use a kind and direct, integrated, person-centered approach. I am passionate about working with those in any stage of recovery and find motivational interviewing, CBT and DBT skills can be quite effective in helping clients evoke change.
In my free time, you can find me in my garden, spending time with my family and my grandchildren, or out on the lake, enjoying nature and sunshine.”
