Hello, I’m Amber Rose, the founder and owner of Fuller Living Counseling & Associates. Over the past decade, I’ve walked alongside both clients and clinicians as they’ve found their way back from burnout, heartbreak, and loss toward clarity, purpose, and peace.
After years of building and leading one of Minnesota’s most trusted mental health practices, I’ve transitioned into a new season, one that allows me to focus on what I love most: helping others reconnect with who they were created to be. My heart is especially drawn to those navigating deep transitions, betrayal, or identity shifts after trauma, addiction, or major life change. I know firsthand how disorienting those storms can be, and I believe with every part of me that peace is still possible-even after everything falls apart.
I’m passionate about helping people rebuild-whether that means rediscovering their purpose, restoring their marriage, or learning how to feel safe in their own skin again. My approach is grounded in authenticity, faith, and the belief that every closed door and painful detour can be used for transformation when surrendered to the Creator.
Clinically, I specialize in:
- Narcissistic abuse recovery (for both survivors and those seeking change)
- Infidelity and trust restoration
- Addiction and family recovery, including obsessive-compulsive sexual disorders
- Life transitions, grief, and rebuilding after betrayal or loss
- Anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery
I also provide consulting and performance coaching for leaders, clinicians, and corporations seeking emotional health, clarity, and sustainable growth.
In my personal life, I’m a mom first, and that role continues to shape how I see people and the kind of peace I want them to find. I spend as much time as I can outdoors, whether I’m near the water, in the woods, or chasing the kind of quiet that helps me hear from God. I love riding my motorcycle on warm evenings, having unhurried conversations with the people I love, and creating spaces where others feel safe to exhale and be real.
Life hasn’t gone as I once planned, and yet, it’s become more beautiful than I imagined. The storms that once felt unbearable have become the very places I’ve found grace, strength, and a deeper sense of purpose. That’s the kind of hope I want others to experience, one that’s not based on perfection, but on the steady belief that healing and redemption are always possible.
